That's very sad and scary. I don't know why Thailand wanted to list it as drunk drowning. It would not be their fault if a jellyfish killed a man. Maybe fear of tourism problems? You cannot know if one of those killers is in the water when you are. It's a game of chance—another way to cause fear in people and keep them from enjoying nature and the beautiful ocean waters.
