That's what I do. I especially like to pretend I didn't hear the remark. At stop lights and in general traffic, I rarely look at the car next to me. I've had all kinds of lewd gestures made when I have. Once, my dad pulled up next to me with a friend, and no matter what they did, I would not look at their car. He told me later, and I explained why. He kind of got it, but I'm pretty sure he thought it was dumb.
