The first thing I thought of is how am I going to pick up my dog's poop now?

The second thing I thought of was driving by a landfill nearby yesterday and seeing hundreds of plastic bags stuck to the fence and grass and along the road.

I can figure out a dog poop disposal system when this hits my state!
