The People That Bought My Condo Are Rude and Nasty and Now I Feel Guilty
I left my great neighbors stuck with these meanies.
“You can fuck off!”
“This was an agreement between consenting adults for us to move in early!!!”
These are the words the man (I’ll call him Ken) who bought my condo was yelling over speakerphone to my realtor. The buyers decided they wanted to move in early and, even though the sales contract stated I had the condo until Sunday at 5 PM they tricked their way into getting in on Saturday morning.
It started with the woman (I’ll call her Karen) phoning me Friday night.
No one knows how she got my phone number. Transactions between buyers and sellers are supposed to go through their realtors. Ken and Karen’s realtor was their 22-year-old daughter. My realtor never notified me of any early move-in plans.
Karen said her husband was anxious to move in and it looked like I was done moving.
Had they been stalking me?
How would they know my movements? I told Karen I hired a cleaner because I did not want to leave them with a dirty condo. She said rather condescendingly:
