The very thought of no repairs or maintenance is huge for me. No taxes are nice too. I'm looking forward to my move but it's going slower than I thought it would. I signed on during a promotion so I got $10,000 extra in upgrades and those upgrades are what's taking so much time.

But I'm so thankful I'm getting the extras. Granite countertops, a big picture window across the back (I love bird watching), French doors on the sunroom, and new appliances.
