The young guy, had he gotten her dad to sign the will the day he died, would have taken over the business and saved it. Also it would have kept her out of the huge debt for sales tax. I guess I didn't make that clear. He was the key.

Also, I believe her dads home and other possessions would have been spelled out in a will and the money from selling that could have helped her, too. Instead, it all went into his estate and the attorney has pretty much eaten up all the proceeds.
