This dynamic killed my marriage. He was everybody’s mule. “Friends” called him to help with every little thing. He knew a lot and worked for free. He couldn’t say no. He liked saving everyone and the praise it got him. I became resentful. To cope he started to drink and it all went downhill from there. Counseling was not possible because he kept showing up drunk. Young couples should see a counselor before they get married but they never think of that they are so much in lust. What could ever happen to such love? I enjoyed this article. It deals with something I don’t think people know much about until it’s too late.

I write about my experiences in life. Some mundane, some sad, some funny, and hopefully none boring!
