This guy was not the POA so he didn't have the right to tell you what to do. What a difficult task you took on. Not only all the paperwork but the sadness of losing your friends, one to death and one to Alzheimer's. I am so sorry Deborah. I hope everything works out. It's kind of cool that Brad thinks he owns the place! He must be so proud :-)
