This is a feeling I’m well aware of. The thought that my child will be at peace if it’s all over. We all will be free of the worries.
But I still have hope and she gives it to me once in awhile by trying to stop.
She is in rehab now and I will pick her up Sunday for her first day pass. I haven’t seen her since I dropped her off over a month ago. We will all pretend everything is great for 8 hours.
