This is good to read. I am still getting used to the attitude of "bigger beauty". One of my daughters does not like to be too thin and likes herself 30-40lbs over her norm. My granddaughter who is 19 has gained about 20lbs since graduation and she had been stick thin. The weight looks strange on her but she's fine with it. She works at McDonald's and apparently eats there a lot but also goes to the gym. I am still stuck in the "you must be thin to look good era". I'm glad it's changing and I told my granddaughter as long as she's not gaining weight from eating garbage all the time she should be fine. There's weight gain and then there's weight gain. Sometimes it isn't healthy.
