This is just about my entire story, too. I retired from nursing just in time to miss the pandemic, in February 2020. I live alone and adore my bad cat! But, I have come to enjoy my solitude, and I'm not sure if that's good or bad.

As you know I just moved to this Life Plan Community. I seem young here but I know it was the best move, at the right time, for me. For once I feel good about a big decision I've made! I usually do not have that confidence.

I love the thought of your job. I would kill to have that one. We do have a zoo close by and, as much as I hate seeing animals contained and removed from their habitat, I realize they cannot survive anywhere but in a zoo for now. Maybe I can get a job or volunteer there. I'm glad you put that bug in my ear.
