This is just wrong. Why do you suppose they make this rule? It does sound like there are some perks, like communicating more often with different people. The rule about breaking it is dangerous for many guys since an enemy or evil person can smash it up and get you in debt $300 and in the hole. I also wonder what that rule/punishment is for?
