This is my peaceful feeling activity, too.

I am grateful that I can sit outside, and no matter what is happening, I can listen to the birds singing. So I will relish that I can feel a bit down and not have to go to work.

This is my peaceful feeling activity, too. I love it and I'm thankful it's quiet here so I can hear the birds. There are noisy places that would not be possible.
