This reminds me of the neighbors I left behind when I moved here. I miss them, but I have found good neighbors here, too. Get rid of stuff! You will inevitably scale down, but the more, the better. Good luck and keep us posted. Fear is useless but it's hard to not have it when the road ahead is unknown unless the road you are on is a disaster anyway!
