This sounds familiar. I had a similar rant the other day about my windows taking eight months now to get and still no windows. There is nothing you can do but invite the local newspaper over to take pictures and put an article in the paper NAMING the insurance company because that is legal. I hope you don't die from inhaling mold spores all the live long day!
