Try checking out a Life Plan Community as I moved to. They do it all, and you pay a buy-in and a monthly fee. But you never have to do a repair or buy another washing machine or paint again! You also get a place for life, so if you run out of money, they keep you through assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, if needed.
