Ugh....this sounds like the bully that blinded my patient in one eye. He got away with it back in the 60s. But, the point is not the "getting away with it" but that a child was physically maimed for life! I'm glad your daughter healed but that's not the point either. She suffered trauma, pain, and fear.

The StopBullying.gov website is good but the worst part is the bully starts this crap LONG before anything is done to stop it. The key is education ahead of the incidents. Will that ever happen? Are kids going to start being afraid to go to school? I've read of 6-year-olds taking their own lives because of being bullied. Remember when you were 6? Children need to be protected.
