Warren, I had a full email box all the time, too. I just made an email address specific to Medium and it's quite easy now. Nothing from Medium goes to my general email along with my friend, bank statements and ads, etc. This may sound like NO KIDDING! but it works great for me. Lookout. You are going to get just as many emails because everyone will tag you.😄
