We had to file bankruptcy due to my husband not disclosing our business issues with me (I could have gotten money to help). It hurt him more than me. His pride took him down. But he left my 401K and Pension alone so I guess he was a good guy. I was 60 though and hurt me financially because I didn't have time to build up more savings before I retired. You did good and you are also damn nice!
