Who Has Been Hacked and What Did You Do About It?

I noticed 2 hacks and scam messages this morning.

No long message here. Just help me out. Here is what I found were comments on comments I made.

What do I do?? These are not Medium members. Should I just block them? I sent messages to Jennifer and Burk.
