Why? They thought you were faking a broken ankle? Duh... It's the kidney stones that come in who are usually faking it for drugs. I know because not only did I work in the ER, but I have been there several times with kidney stones, and fortunately, I worked there, so I didn't get any hassles. This was a good story. I picture you sitting on your ankle...OUCH!!
