Wow, Conni...you hit all the points with this comment. #2 is OUT. Check my addendum to the story I added tonight. And he DOES have health issues that I don't think I even mentioned. How did you know?? He has chronic pulmonary emboli and is on blood thinners for the rest of his life. That's serious to me, and I forgot all about it!

I agree that #1 has been lonely, but maybe he deserves to be if his dog comes first. I am going bike riding with him tomorrow and will take a better assessment. Maybe I will love it. I honestly do not know.
