Yes I have spent a lot of time at Al-Anon meetings. With my daughter and then my ex-husband being an alcoholic I got pretty used to those meetings. However, they are not run like AA meetings. Where someone does a lead and then we discuss a little bit. One or two women would just take over the whole meeting and talk about their problems in their lives and it got to be very boring and discouraging. I haven’t gone for over a year now.
