You are correct. We can no longer use anything but laptops or PCs. We can read articles and comment on our phones. I just found out today that if you read on your phone it doesn't even count as a read. So don't make it available then! I have screwed over a bunch of my pals by reading on my phone and not knowing it didn't count. UGH.... sometimes you just want to scream! I wrote this before I knew about this.
