You have a lot going on. Is there another man in your family that can be an example? I thought I had one and he was a good example but he and my sister ran me down all the time so it backfired on me. Im sorry, their dad died. They were so young. I pray it all goes well for you. You are doing the best you can. Daddy issues probably last a lifetime.

My daughter makes her decisions. She claims she will make her kids a priority but they don't believe her anymore. They both feel sorry for her. She's been out of their lives as a mother for 7 years. My granddaughter is 19 and my grandson is 13. It's a sad situation. Now, they find out she's after a boyfriend and not concerned with them. I know change is hard but this is serious. Yet, they love her and feel sorry for her.

Some days I want a do-over to see if I can fix this before it happens!
