You hit the nail on the head, Misty. He wants that life back, just like me. We are both delusional. But the fact remains he was seeing her, not me. And she can have him. He is more than toxic. I hope he stays off the bottle if he gets out. That's unlikely unless someone babysits him. She is the exact opposite of me...very passive. She looked up to him and treated him like he was very important. I sit here feeling a tad guilty for revealing him to her. My daughter says I should have handed her the key, walked away, and let her figure it out.
