I'm not a prescriber but I take OTC diphenhydramine (Benadryl) It's the ingredient in Tylenol and Motrin PM. I take 25-50mg and get at least 4 hours of sleep. That's better than nothing and I'm 67 and have never been dizzy from it. This is Mental Health Awareness month and Kathy K is writing about it every day.
