You're right, Ted. I am very sensitive and fearful about being hurt. His wife passed away, so he did not get heartbroken by being stabbed in the back. We come from 2 different places. I told him I didn't want to see him all weekend, but I relented and texted him this morning, and we talked about my issue. He had his POV but still apologized for my hurt. So, we have a nice date tonight, and all is well for the moment. If it were easy, it would seem abnormal. There will be bumps in the road.
