A young guy (the kid)her dad bought the business from used to be his partner. The kid told me on the phone the day before my ex died that he was going to be the executor of my ex’s will. News to me, but not my business.

The day he died he was cyanotic (bluish skin due to lack of oxygen) and lethargic. This kid and his attorney were trying to get my ex to sign a will but he was unable. I believe my ex was going to screw my daughter over even more by giving this kid the power over his will.

But, there were witnesses so they couldn’t forge his signature, or move his hand to sign it.

Her dad had shafted her before. He owned that carry out at one time with this kid. My daughter had worked there during high school but was not part-owner at that time.

People would come in and buy lottery tickets and if my daughter printed the wrong numbers she stuck the tickets in a box under the counter and printed the correct one for the customer. All tickets had to be accounted for so they had to pay for the tickets they messed up.

After the numbers were picked that night they would check the bum tickets and sometimes…
